                              RESOLUTION NO. 21536
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A
                 12kv LINE AT THE SUMMIT LANDFILL BY THE
                 ELECTRIC POWER BOARD OF CHATTANOOGA, RELATIVE
                 TO CLOSURE OF THE SUMMIT LANDFILL, FOR AN
                 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND, SIXTY-
                 SEVEN AND 46/100 DOLLARS ($17,067.46).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       relocation of a 12kv line at the Summit Landfill by the Electric
       Power Board of Chattanooga, relative to closure of said Landfill, 

       for an amount not to exceed $17,067.46.
